With an absentee mom, Brittany grew up in foster care. She was abused by one of her foster brothers as a young girl, stripping her of her self-worth. She was eventually adopted into a loving family, but still struggled personally with the hurt. So she turned to drugs and alcohol for help. But after opening her heart to a relationship with God, Brittany realized that there’s no hurt or shame too great for God to help her overcome.
