The Audio Stories of Hope program created by OneHope has two central themes: reconciliation and rebuilding. Both are crucial issues in post-conflict areas. In particular, reconciliation is repeatedly noted as a concern in qualitative research in such areas. Where literacy rates are low, storytelling is often used as an effective mode of teaching. Audio Stories of Hope is a unique program that allows children to hear Bible stories on an audio device and participate in activities that will reinforce the lessons that they learn. The target audience is children ages 5 through 12 years old.
