In 2011, OneHope completed an online survey report supplement of the National Network of Youth Ministries (NNYM). Key findings included that youth workers who reported that the NNYM was “important” or “very important” to their success were significantly more likely to report being satisfied with the communication in the NNYM, being employed part-time and that their local network meets often or very often. Also of note, the number of years in ministry and the importance of the network for respondents’ success did not vary significantly based on the type of network that they were involved in.
